The AiDeliv Widget is a freight auction widget: an embeddable module that partners add to their platforms. It brings AiDeliv's patent-pending auction engine into the partner's product, where pre-vetted carriers, admitted by AI-adjusted carrier scores, compete for each shipment with all-in DDP bids, including duties and customs. AiDeliv is a technology marketplace, not a freight forwarder, broker, 3PL, carrier, or insurer.

How long does the integration take?
Technical integration takes about 3 to 4 hours. AiDeliv provides the widget, an integration guide, and an API that sends auction and shipment-stage updates to your systems. Your team tests the widget before it opens to your users, and your logo goes on the partner list at launch.
How is the widget different from a freight rate API?
The AiDeliv Widget combines competing all-in DDP bids from pre-vetted carriers with ready-made auction and shipment screens, so your team does not have to build a booking interface. Its API sends auction and shipment-stage updates to your systems. The screens stay AiDeliv-branded, not white-label: each carries "Powered by the AiDeliv™ auction engine".
What shipment data does the partner get?
The partner gets the auction status and every stage of the shipment: booking, pickup, export customs, departure, arrival, import customs, out for delivery, and delivery. ETA changes arrive with the old date, the new date, and the reason; delays, damage, and inspections arrive as exceptions. The same data is available through the API.
Who moves the freight and handles payments?
Carriers move the freight and handle customs clearance. The auction, booking, and payments run through AiDeliv, a technology marketplace. The partner hosts the widget on its platform, keeps customers there longer, and adds nothing to the bids: they reach customers exactly as carriers place them.
Which languages and routes does the widget support?
The widget works in English and Chinese. Shipments run from China and across Asia to the US and other major markets.

How does a freight auction work inside the widget?
You post a shipment in the widget on your warehouse, agency, or software platform. Pre-vetted carriers compete in a 9-hour reverse auction with all-in DDP bids, and a shipment typically receives 4 to 6 bids. You accept the leading bid during bidding, or confirm or decline it within 24 hours after the auction closes, without leaving the platform you already use.
Can I ship straight to an Amazon FBA warehouse?
Yes. You enter the delivery address yourself: the Amazon fulfillment center from your shipping plan (Amazon assigns it when you create the shipment), an AWD facility, your own warehouse, a prep center, or a private address. A partner may limit delivery addresses to its own warehouses.
