Before you approve a bid
Know what you approve before cargo moves.
Every carrier is admitted, scored, and covered.
Carriers pass vetting before admission, are performance-scored on every shipment, and must carry at least $100,000 in cargo coverage to bid. A carrier that fails a delivery stage and leaves it unresolved is automatically suspended from bidding.
One total price — approved by you.
Every offer is one all-in DDP figure: freight, customs, duties, and final-mile delivery. You see the total before you approve, and nothing moves until you do. Declining every offer is always an option — at no cost. If control measurement of your cargo differs from the details you submitted, you approve the updated total before pickup — the price never changes after your final approval.
One claim window — with us.
Every carrier is contractually liable for your cargo up to its commercial invoice value. If something needs resolving, you file one claim with AiDeliv — the platform can withhold the carrier's funds and pay you from them on the carrier's behalf.
Claims are paid from the carrier's withheld funds and insurance, up to coverage limits. AiDeliv is a marketplace, not an insurer.
