Leveling the Logistics Playing Field

AiDeliv is a freight exchange built for the businesses logistics was never designed to serve - independent sellers, small brands, and e-commerce operators who ship one pallet at a time and still pay enterprise problems for retail prices.

We're building a marketplace where carriers compete for cargo openly, where pricing is discovered through competition instead of negotiation, and where a 200-pound shipment from one Amazon seller carries the same procurement leverage as a container from a Fortune 500.

AiDeliv isn’t another freight forwarder — it’s the world’s first live logistics exchange, where every shipment gains the same leverage, transparency, and opportunity as the giants

Beyond Logistics: Building Fair Competition in Motion

Image

At AiDeliv, we believe global trade should be fair, predictable, and accessible to every entrepreneur — not just the giants

We hold the platform to high standards: pre-qualified carriers, transparent bidding, and clear operational rules, so the marketplace stays fair for both sides.

Our Core Principles:

Image
Image

Accountability First

AiDeliv builds the platform that connects shippers with pre-qualified carriers. Carriers handle cargo and bear full transportation liability. We handle the rules of the marketplace, the integrity of every auction, and the resolution of issues when they happen. No finger-pointing. No runaround. Clear responsibility on every side.

Image

Intelligent Fairness

Carriers compete in real-time reverse auctions, where each bid must beat the previous one. The market sets the rate, not us. Pre-qualification keeps the carrier base credible. The auction keeps the price honest. Fair competition is not chaos — it's algorithmic order.

Image

Empowering Entrepreneurs

Every business, regardless of size, gets access to shipping rates once reserved for Fortune 500 companies. Your 1 pallet gets the same respect as 100. Equal opportunity, global reach, real impact.

Image

Transparency with Purpose

Everything happens in real time on your dashboard: every bid visible, every carrier pre-qualified, every shipment tracked. No black boxes. No hidden fees. The auction is the source of truth, and the dashboard is your view of it.

Our workspace

Our team combines 15 years of logistics operations with modern technology - building tools we'd want to use ourselves.

AiDeliv — Frequently Asked Questions

What is AiDeliv and how is it different from a freight forwarder?

AiDeliv is a reverse-auction freight marketplace for cross-border e-commerce. We are not a freight forwarder, broker, or 3PL. We do not handle cargo. The platform connects shippers with pre-qualified carriers who compete for each shipment in real time, so the rate is set by the market rather than by negotiation. Practically, this means three things for the shipper. First, you list one shipment at a time, with no minimum volume and no contract. Second, carriers bid against each other in a live auction. Third, you decide whether to accept the winning bid, reject it, or run the auction again.

Who is behind AiDeliv?

AiDeliv was founded by Vitalii Savryha, a logistics operator with more than 20 years in supply chain operations. He is also the founder of the ARDI Group, a US-based 3PL umbrella that operates Ardi Express (96,000 sq. ft. of warehousing and Amazon FBA prep across Riverside, California and Edison, New Jersey) and Ardi Logistics (cross-border freight and DDP delivery for Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify sellers worldwide). Vitalii has completed executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard Division of Continuing Education, with a focus on growth strategy and resilient supply chains. His perspective on freight and e-commerce logistics has been published in Supply Chain Brain, Sourcing Journal, ESM Magazine, Air Cargo News, and Payload Asia. AiDeliv is a Delaware-incorporated technology company with United States legal presence and an active U.S. patent application covering its core auction technology.

What documents do I need to register?

Registration takes a few minutes and requires a working email, a phone number, and the legal name and address of your business. To unlock auction access, you also complete a short verification step that confirms identity and basic business information. If you operate as a registered company, business documents help us verify your account faster. If you operate as an individual seller, government ID and a public profile (for example, an active store on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or Etsy) are typically sufficient. We follow GDPR and standard data protection practices for any document submitted.

What support is available after I register?

Every account has access to platform support at no additional cost. Support covers onboarding, walkthroughs of how the auction works, help with shipment listing, document handling, and assistance during a claim if cargo is lost or damaged in carrier custody. Communication channels include in-platform chat, email at support@aideliv.com, and a help center. As a marketplace, AiDeliv keeps client and carrier interactions inside the platform, so support coordinates the workflow rather than acting as an intermediary in pricing or contract terms.

Proprietary Technology

AiDeliv runs on proprietary reverse-auction technology that creates real-time competition for each shipment. The platform gives small e-commerce sellers access to dynamic auction-based pricing, a model previously available only to enterprise-scale procurement.

The system and the AiDeliv brand are protected by pending U.S. patent applications and a federally registered U.S. trademark.
