Aideliv, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Aideliv", "we", "us", or "our"), operates the website at https://aideliv.com (the "Site") and an online platform that connects customers seeking logistics and shipping services with businesses providing those services (collectively, the "Services").
IMPORTANT: AiDeliv is a technology platform — not a freight forwarder, freight broker, carrier, or insurer. We do not sell or share your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising or any third-party marketing purposes under U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
This Privacy Policy (this "Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your Personal Information, whether you are an individual or business customer seeking logistics solutions or a logistics provider (carrier, freight forwarder, warehouse, etc.) offering services through our platform. This Policy is part of our Terms of Use, which you can view at https://aideliv.com/policies/terms-of-service. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Use and this Policy, this Policy controls regarding the collection, processing, and disclosure of your Personal Information.
PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY. THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES TO ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT THROUGH OUR SITE, MOBILE APPLICATIONS, AND OTHER ONLINE SERVICES. WHEN WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU THROUGH OFFLINE OR OTHER CHANNELS (E.G., BY TELEPHONE, EMAIL, TRADE SHOWS, OR PAPER FORMS), WE WILL PROVIDE AN APPROPRIATE PRIVACY NOTICE AND OBTAIN ANY CONSENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION.

1. Personal Information We Collect
"Personal Information" is information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. Personal Information does not include information that is collected anonymously, or that has been de-identified, so that it cannot identify or be reasonably linked to you.
We collect Personal Information from U.S. and international users and comply with EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and other applicable global privacy frameworks where required. We may collect certain customs, regulatory, or compliance documentation when needed for international shipments.

Sensitive Personal Information

Financial Data Aggregation Tools
If you choose to link your bank account or financial institution, we may use third-party financial data aggregation tools (such as Plaid, Square, PayPal, or similar providers) to connect and verify your account securely. Such providers act as independent controllers of your financial data. You authorize Aideliv and the provider to access and transmit your financial information in accordance with that provider's privacy policy:

2. How We Collect Personal Information
We may collect Personal Information from the following sources:
- Directly from you, including when you create an account, visit or use the Services, participate in auctions, communicate with us, or otherwise provide us with your Personal Information;
- Automatically from your device (e.g., cookies or similar technology, browsing data, ads clicked, or links in emails you receive from us);
- From our service providers when we engage them to enable specific technology, and when they collect or process your Personal Information on our behalf;
- From our partners or affiliates, credit reporting agencies, advertising networks, internet service providers, social networks, data analytics providers, data brokers, and government entities;
- From regulatory or governmental agencies, when required to comply with shipping, customs, trade, and sanctions laws;
- Through platform communications and auction activities conducted on AiDeliv.
When required by GDPR or other applicable laws, we will identify our legal basis for processing (e.g., consent, legitimate interest, contract necessity, or legal obligation).
3. How We Use Your Personal Information
Depending on how you interact with us or which of the Services you use, we may use Personal Information for the following purposes:
- Provide Services. We use your Personal Information to provide, tailor, and improve the Services, process payments, manage accounts, provide shipment information, and communicate with you about your shipments, account, support needs, or regulatory compliance. We also use it to improve the content, functionality, and usability of the Site.
- Operate the Exchange Platform. We use your Personal Information to operate our auction-based logistics exchange, including processing bids, qualifying carriers for auction participation through our proprietary AI system, managing the Points System (as defined in Section 2.6 of our Terms of Use), and facilitating transactions between customers and logistics providers;
- AI Carrier Qualification. Our proprietary AI analyzes multiple factors to determine which carriers qualify for auction participation based on price competitiveness, route performance history, on-time rates, customs efficiency, damage rates, and problem resolution speed. IMPORTANT: The AI does NOT recommend, select, assign, dispatch, or choose carriers for you. The airline wins the auction by offering the best terms. You retain complete discretion to accept the winning bid, reject it, or request a new auction. Booking occurs only upon YOUR acceptance;
- Process Claims. When you file a claim, we collect and process claim documentation, including invoices, photos of damaged goods, and communication records. AiDeliv facilitates claims processing but does not assume liability for cargo. All liability rests with the Carrier. Any claim payments processed through AiDeliv are made from funds withheld from the Carrier, not from AiDeliv's own funds.
- Marketing and Advertising. We use your Personal Information for limited first-party marketing (e.g., emails about our own Services). We do not engage in third-party targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Internal Research. We use your Personal Information for internal research, technological development, identifying and repairing errors, and analyzing trade and supply chain patterns, trends, and economic impact. All internal research uses aggregated or de-identified data whenever possible.
- Quality Control. We use your Personal Information to verify or maintain the quality or safety of the Services or any device and to upgrade, improve, or enhance the Services;
- Security and Fraud Prevention. We use your Personal Information for authentication, fraud detection, identity verification, bid manipulation prevention, and public safety. We may share information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when legally required;
- Platform Integrity. We monitor platform communications for security, fraud prevention, service quality, and compliance with our Terms of Use. All communications between customers and logistics providers must occur exclusively through our platform, and/or
- Legal Reasons. We use your personal information to comply with applicable law, investigations, audits, litigation, and the enforcement of policies.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell your Personal Information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
"Cross-context behavioral advertising" means advertising that is targeted to you based on Personal Information obtained from your activity across businesses, distinctly branded internet websites, applications, or services.
For users in the EU/UK, any third party that receives Personal Information will act as either a data processor or a controller, and we will implement GDPR-compliant contracts, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
We may share or disclose the categories of Personal Information listed in Section 1 for a business purpose with trusted third parties. Any shared Personal Information is used only to perform or complete necessary transactions or functions related to providing our Services:

5. International Data Transfers and Storage

- Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2: Controller to Processor);

With respect to such transfers, we are subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT)
We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale/sharing of Personal Information for that browser or device. We do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals as there is no industry-accepted standard for DNT.

The Services are intended for business use only and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share any Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are the parent or guardian of someone under age 18 who has provided us with their Personal Information, you may contact us to request that we delete it.

We implement industry-standard safeguards, including:

Nevada Residents

Data Processing Agreements
Logistics providers accessing customer Personal Information through our platform agree to our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), which governs the handling of such Personal Information and ensures compliance with the GDPR. This addendum includes the Standard Contractual Clauses, where required, and is available upon request.
17. Definitions
- "AI" means our proprietary artificial intelligence system that analyzes multiple factors to determine which carriers qualify for auction participation. The AI does not recommend, select, assign, dispatch, or choose carriers; users retain complete discretion over all final selection decisions.
- "Carrier" means a logistics provider (freight forwarder, trucking company, ocean carrier, air carrier, etc.) that provides transportation services through the Platform. Carriers bear full liability for cargo in their possession.
- "Platform" or "Services" means the AiDeliv website, mobile applications, and online services that facilitate connections between Clients and Carriers.
- "Points System" means the internal mechanism used to manage Platform access as described in Section 2.6 of our Terms of Use. Each new verified account receives ten (10) complimentary starter Points; one (1) Point is deducted for each shipment request or auction; ten (10) Bonus Points are awarded for each completed shipment.
- "Sensitive Personal Information" has the meaning given under CCPA/CPRA and includes government identifiers, login credentials, financial account information, precise geolocation, and other categories specified in California Civil Code § 1798.140(ae).
